Our children, ages 8-14, really enjoyed our stay here. We had two Superior Studio rooms—one for the kids, one for my wife and I. The rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning is fast and reliable. The shower space is disproportionately large, but not uncomfortably so. Hot water came quickly and the water pressure is great. The property is quite pleasant and the view from/around the pool is especially beautiful. The property was also easy to navigate with the signs in prominent yet non-distracting placement. Our pickiest eaters loved the breakfast (especially *crispy* bacon) at Sala Rimnam, which featured great Western and Thai options. Lunch was ordered and delivered poolside and tasted fantastic—pizzas and gnocchi were both a hit with the kids, while my wife and I's salads and coconut chicken curry were flavorful and exciting . Cocktails were delicious and refreshing. To top it all off, the staff were courteous and helpful. Check in/out was fast and fuss-free. Pool towels were always available. The manager (Erik?) was frequently visible and engaged, stopping to check in with us and other guests while not at all being intrusive and respecting our space. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to our next visit. The place really is well-managed—noticeable to those who care about such details, yet pleasantly unnoticeable for those who simply want to enjoy themselves.

The hotel has a spacious area along the Kok River with a shady atmosphere. The rooms are divided into zones, located in separate buildings, quiet and suitable for relaxation. The rooms are proportionally decorated and not cramped. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated in Northern style and blends in with the area. There is adequate parking. The breakfast offers a variety of options according to hotel standards and uses good quality ingredients. The restaurant is located near the river, with a great atmosphere in the morning.

Awesome resort in Chiang Rai”
Awesomely clean and comfortable bed and pillows and strong water pressure for showers. Had a private chalet with views of the Kok River and the swimming pool, with a nice sofa swing on the patio. Staff were very good and friendly and very accommodating. The included breakfast, from 6;30am to 11;00am, was great with a wide and delectable selection of local thai and western selection. Loved the crispy bacon at breakfast! Location was good as going to town or coming back to the resort only cost around Baht 100. Lastly would like to say a personal thank you to the General Manager, Mr Erik for personally taking the time to enquire on our comfort and our breakfast while we were staying there. Nice to have met you. Thank you!

This is a nice place. The room was nice, it was clean and it had a large variety of food for breakfast. The only reason I marked it lower was because of the loud music across the river, which lasted until 11:00 PM or midnight. Also, the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30 to attempt to clean our room, despite us checking out on the same day. The gym only has a few dumbbells, elliptical and treadmills. It is small, but clean. The property is very large and sits on the river. It is a bit far if you want to walk places. This hotel can have larger groups. The rooms were comfortable and we used room service and the spa. We considered using it for a large group as it seems it can handle it, along with handicap accessible walkways.
