This is our second time staying here: Pros - Very cheap stay if you need a place to just sleep after spending a day outside - Convenient: Everything you need is walking distance. Very close to malls and restaurants - Easy check in and check out - Nice and polite staffs - Has security so you feel safe Cons - Take care of your belongings. I was washing a white shirt and left it on the sink. After cleaning came, the shirt was no longer there. Unfortunately I didn't notice much earlier and we already checked out. I tried calling several times to ask for it but there was no answer. They did reply to my email but unfortunately they were not able to find it. Most likely they took the shirt by accident but I still recommend being careful with your items as unfortunate cases like these could happen. I like the place but honestly this has discouraged me from coming back.

Overall, the experience is good. The place is clean, secure, and quiet. The location is accessible to a plethora of convenience stores, malls, etc., if you are willing to walk around. Things to consider or be ready for: 1. There is a deposit needed upon check-in; this is stated in the hotel policy when viewing all the policies. Fortunately, there is an ATM machine (PNB) inside the facility. The amount is PHP 1000 per night. 2. The facility does not have a designated smoking area; the nearest one they recommend is in Greenbelt. 3. The facility does not have a water fountain or dispenser (they might have one, but I did not bother to ask). Although they provide a complimentary 250 ml bottled water, for longer stays, you might need to purchase additional bottled water. 4. Breakfast is plated and can be requested as room service.
