Superb service, awesome huge suite, perfect view, great location, fast wifi”

We stayed one night at the Parisian Macao. The queue for check-in was quite long but moved pretty fast. We got an upgrade to "Marseille Suite with Eiffel Tower View". The suite was huge with living area, 2 toilets, 6 seating diner and a private massage room! All amenities were luxurious and there were even 2 type of bathrobes for use. The TV behind the bathroom mirror was pretty cool and the whole room was controlled by smart house tech. The view from the room was perfect day and night. We got a surprise fruit platter delivered to our room at around 6pm. We went for our buffet dinner at the Le Buffet restaurant at 8pm and the food were exceptional with many varieties. We also visited the mini Eiffel tower after dinner and took lots of pics from bottom viewing deck (free entry for hotel guests). Check-out was fast as we didn't have any minibar so we were told to do express check-out. Overall, beautiful experience at the Parisian Macao and will definitely be back again.

I can attest that Ms. Alcazar is an asset of the hotel. After I reserved a room through Agoda and made several requests, Ms. Alcazar responded and attended to everything that we need during the day of our visit. It was a great customer service. I booked a suite room with the eiffel tower view, when I arrived at the check in counter the front desk staff (Too bad, i forgot his name) he then told me I can go for a VIP check in (i was totally stunned with the service offered). When I get there to the VIP lounge, they even invited my family to stay and have something to drink and eat as well. The servers were so accomodating and cheerful. The front desk vip staff (damn, i forgot her name too) she was so nice and very amiable; and kind enough to give us the direction. In totality, all the staff are by far the greatest. I have stayed in the venetian before and The Parisian indeed never failed to amaze me with the superb guest satisfaction service. To the company, you trully have the gem from your people’s hospitality. You just set a very high standard of what a hotel (hospitality industry) should be like. Kudos The Parisian Macau.

As soon as we exited the airport we found the full size buses for the Parisian waiting to pick up passengers. Buses are equipped with free WiFi and are quite comfortable. You can see the Eiffel tower as you get closer to the hotel. As soon as you enter the Parisian, you see exactly how splendid and luxurious this hotel really is. In the center of the lobby you can find the water fountain which exhibits the majestic style of this impressive property inspired by Paris! The staff is very helpful and even allowed us to check in early, something my wife appreciated tremendously. The rooms are exactly what you would expect to see judging from the lobby and halls of the hotel. There are plenty of stores for your shopping pleasure in addition to a food court when you need a break from shopping. The hotel has a gift shop located by the entrance/exit of the Eiffel tower that is open to the public. The Eiffel tower begins lighting up at night which is something you don't want to miss.

Having stayed at their sister hotel, Venetian Macao, I always wanted to try out Parisian Macao, and I am happy to say that it met my expectation. Stayed in a King room at the corner overlooking the Eiffer Tower in one corner while looking at Studio City at another, the night view from the bed is just surreal. The room is spacious with a super king size bed. Everything still look new and clean. Will definitely come back again.

Everything is great about the Parisian. From the rooms, views, location, amenities, dining at the Eiffel Tower, to the service and early and late checkout options. They even baked me a cake for my birthday! Such a great experience and will definitely stay here again whenever in Macao!

Excellent View with Beautiful Interior...”

I booked a room with a twin bed facing the "Eiffel Tower" and was taken by surprise when the person at the reception, (Fiona), upgraded my booking to a suite. That was a big bonus for me and my friend. Lovely guest bedroom, lounging area and spacious bathroom area. As always The Parisian Hotel is high on my recommended list of places to stay around Taipa, Macau.

This is the best accommodation I had so far in my entire life. The interiors of the hotel especially the lobby is similar to the palaces in France. They gave me a free suite room upgrade and I was really shocked at how beautiful the Marseille suite was. I highly recommend Parisian Macau .Thank you so much for this "royalty experience".

I'm at awe at the grandeur ”

Huge resort hotel with big spaces including the halls and rooms. Impeccable service from the staff and very convenient shuttle bus fleet. Breakfast spread was also very good with a tasty selection. Appreciated the freebie discount they gave for the HK ferry ride. Of the many hotels I've stayed in around the world, the Parisian sits around the top 3. It's difficult to find fault on any of the aspects. Highly recommended if you can get a good price.

We enjoyed a lot to stay at Parisian Macau. It is very well design and beautiful hotel. The location is very easy to move around and plenty of restaurant and shopping outlets in this hotel. Definitely this hotel is my first choice on my next visit to Macau.

Birthday trip for my mum”

We made a memo to the concierge in advance that This is a birthday trip to my mum and see if they can arrange anything for us. End up they prepared a cheesecake and have it served to us on our designated time!! It’s really nice of Parisian! Breakfast buffet is awesome! I would love to stay at Parisian again even though their room might not be as big as Venetian. It’s less crowded in Parisian and the mini Effie tower view is stunning.

The Parisian is usually one of the best priced hotels in the Taipa area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant selection is lacking, but you could always walk to the other hotels that are connected to this property for more dining options.

Revisit the same property ”

There are few more new hotels in Macau, and Parisian is getting aging comparatively. The only cons of this hotel is that they charge house guests for using facilities like sauna and steam, as there’s really not much facilities to use apart from the casino

Beautiful views inside and out”

Loved the interior designs of the hotel especially the lobby. The replica of eiffel tower in front was also beautiful. For early arrivals, you can leave your luggage at the concierge waiting after you alight their free shuttle. Upon check-in, just gave the tag to front desk and your luggage will then be delivered to your room. Very convenient location too as they provide shuttles to Macao Ferry, Airport and Taipa Ferry.

From service to room size, F&B offered and clientele.. I have nothing to complain. It’s much more upscale compare with Vanetian, the food court offered much nicer food. But only open 11am. Venetian is much much more crowded, no peace to walk/shop around. The food court is really noisy and busy.. too huge too crowded too noisy. While in Parisian, everything falls in the right place, everything was up keep right to the dot, strongly recommend

Fantastic hotel ”

Beautiful hotel with spacious room and large TV. Bathroom was big with bathtub, but would be good if there is shower curtain to prevent the floor getting wet and slippery. Location is great , connected via link to hotel Venetian and four Seasons. Gym is well equipped and it’s open 24hours. Shopping not as good as compared to Venetian but overall it’s fine since it’s linked to Venetian and four Seasons. Food & beverage choices limited. Suggestion to still leave the half used toiletries behind for use instead of replacing all with new ones to prevent wastage and to save environment. Staff need to improve on their English. Called the premium service to enquire about making reservation for high tea at Macau tower but Was directed to reception followed by concierge.

Perfect hotel ”

When we enter the hotel, our first impression was the grand hall. It was really good. And the check in was very smooth, though the queue was a bit long. The room is spacious, we got a corner room overlooking the Venetian Hotel. We got a free entrance to the Eiffel Tower too. The hotel is connected to 3 other hotels, the Venetian, Sands, and Four Seasons. Overall we would stay here again when we’re back in Macau.

Near to venetian hotel, and free shuttle from airport and ferry terminal. Cons is there is no direct shuttle service to macau city. Taxi fare from hotel to city is ard 80-110 MOP. Or you may go to studio city take free shuttle to macau city. For the rest , is okay. Just the check in process doesnt look like 5 stars hotel, still can be improved.

I reserved family room with bunk bed for kids. I stayed at venetian family room before, and i am very satisfied with the room. However, in this trip i want to try parisian because i think it is from the same management. In fact, parisian room is so small. Even the bathroom is also very small compared to venetian. Venetian family room much more bigger and they even provide 2 television, which 1 for adult and 1 for kids.
