I came on a trip with my friend, and from the entrance on the first floor, they took care of our luggage and brought it to us after we checked in, so I felt like this hotel is really different and showed us the feeling of being treated well. Also, there are only two of the big chairs in the world in the lobby. Take a life shot and use the swimming pool fitness center. If you stay for three nights on the 34th floor, you will be happy and the night view is amazing. The curtains open automatically, and everything in the minibar is included in the price. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but it's worth trying once. There's nothing this place can't do. They do everything. By the way, I had two suitcases, and I put them on the floor, but they installed a luggage rack during the cleaning time, so it was very convenient to use. I highly recommend it. I did a lot of research on hotels for this trip and ended up booking with Reverie because it met all my criteria’s, good room size, has king size bed, sound proof and located in district 1. I booked two nights just to try it out because everything you read and images you see online isn’t always accurate. I confidently can say this hotel exceeds my expectations in every aspect. Service, location, cleanliness, and most importantly, I felt safe. Safe as in the location wise as well as leaving your belongs in your room and not worry about a thing. I like it so much that I extended my stay. We will head out to our other destinations and we will be back here before flying back home again. I’m an average tourist and so far this hotel has impress me more than any that I have traveled to.

The staff was wonderful. Every single staff member was eager to help us. We were treated like royalty the entire time. Our waiter, Khoa was very attentive and gave us great recommendations on where to tour around the city. We were traveling from USA and every single staff member spoke fluent English and helped make our stay so very pleasant. Every night the maids delivered a gift of chocolate truffles to our door. They went out of their way to add special little touches to make your stay comfortable and Exquisite!! I would give this hotel a 10 star rating!!! Every hotel should operate like this!
