We were on a 4 city trip .Shanghai ,Nanjing .xian and Beijing .we stayed in equivalent hotels across all locations .the group of staff were the best we met ! You can see this from the staff attitude that greet you when you arrive at the driveway thru the reception. Breakfast was fantastic and staff attention was the best we encountered ! Gym was great too ! We finally realise why when we met the general manager ,a handsome man called Francis ! He was chatting with the guests! And asking after them! We never encountered this in any of the 5 star international brands we stayed at..some of these rooms were double what we paid! We found out he has been in Xian for 15 yrs and stayed at the hotel with his wife! Talking about working 24/7! We also found out despite his perfect mandarin he is from Singapore ! Kudos to you and your team’! I have been to China many years for business across many cities …your team is the best and I can see clearly why !!! Congrats

The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The facilities and breakfast are great. This hotel is just next to the Metro and a big shopping mall. The service from the hotel staff is excellent, especially the housekeeping staff. I will stay here when I’m in Xi’an again.

Stay for 5 nights in this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staffs from door to room service. Very comfortable room with everything I need with good quality. The only thing I hope is the ability to lower the room temperature to below 24 degree celsius in winter.
