"The best-looking thing in the hotel was the lobby and the area where they have the continental breakfast. There were roaches in the room refrigerator, roaches crawling everywhere, the carpet was nasty & filthy, the mattresses were filthy & I had 6 ypung children very disappointed that the pool was unavailable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy."

"It is located in a reasonably good location.Exterior of building appears to be okay, however, as you enter the front door, building starts showing an unkempt with a gloomy look. Checking in moves at a snail pace. Walls in the lobby have paint peeling off with scratches and dents. The ice machine out of order. Room was smelling like a barn. Again, Bathroom had black spots around toilet base, Pieces of tissue under sink. Faucet has toothpaste stains. Door to bathroom hits the toilet seat and hard to open. This is the first I have ever seen that bathroom door hits a toilet seat. Bath Tub with a loose faucet than needs to be tightened. In Kitchenette a small microwave door can not be opened without pulling microwave out. The wood under microwave is rotten. Again dents and scratches on rest of room furniture. Bedroom linen smells. It is a run down property deserving 2 stars. I don’t know how was it rated 3 star."

"2.4 miles from the RDU airport, the hotel is located in a quiet area with business buildings nearby. If driving, the entry to the hotel from Page Road requires a u turn. The room with one king size bed was spacious and well equipped (wifi, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot). There was no bathtub but the shower was clean and had good water pressure. We had a quiet night sleep. The included breakfast had plenty of choices. Coffee and tea bags are available in the lobby all day. The front seat staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good. But the sink didn't drain well and the TV remote didn't work right. It was almost impossible to find the channel we wanted. "
