"It was amazing!!! The best place to stay in Koh Chang! We didn't stay in the dormitory we had a private room and it was very clean. The room, the bathroom and the balcony was perfect! The beach is just a min walk, but some construction going on so the view isn't that great. It's little far from the white sand beach & lonely beach if you want go party. Or else awesome place just to chill and meet people. We played volley ball and football at the beach. Love the interior, the pool was super clean. Every morning they would clean the whole place and the pool. The hangout area is large and comfortable with bean bags, couches, TV, DVD, dining tables and a pool table. You can also cook there. The breakfast was good but not great but their Thai food was really good. The staffs and very helpful. I would definitely stay their whenever I am going back to Koh Chang again!"

"We stayed at Koh Chang Hut Hotel before. We have tried several different rooms and 2 bungalows. All very nice. If you live in bungalows you can have a real quiet stay. Some of the rooms are facing the street and of course there is a Little more noice there but it is nice to Watch the life. Rooms facing the garden are quiet. We shopped around for nice and comfortable hotels and this is without a doubt the best value for Money in White Sand Beach. It is walking distance to nightlife (around 100 metres) and it is nice that you can walk home after partying. Not a good idea to drive in the night. We give the hotel our best recommendation and we will stay there neXt time in Koh Chang."

"Great value for the money. Located in the VJ Island View & Plaza with many restaurants, 7-eleven store, minimart store, ATMs and street food stalls. It is 5 minutes walk to the Klong Prao beach which is very nice and my favorite beach on Koh Chang."

"The dorm beds here are the best I’ve ever come across, each having lots of space, a huge mattress and a curtain that completely enclosed the space. There were 2 en-suite shower rooms/toilets and they were also great, with free shampoo and soap. There were quite a few ants in one of the bedroom spaces, and we had to get fresh loo paper ourselves from reception area,, as staff didn’t really seem to come down to do anything unless someone was arriving or leaving. That said, the staff were wonderful, and very friendly. Food at the bar was good, and reasonably priced. The hostel is a 15 minutes walk to the beach, which was very beautiful. "

"I would definitely recommend this hostel. It’s very quiet so if you are looking for party this is not the place, but it was super clean, hot shower, amazing beds with courtains. I loved the common area! You have a beautiful view from there. Also coffe, tea, bread and jam available the whole day! They also have a fridtand a kitchen which it’s been difficult to find in Thailand for me and it’s necessary. There is no stove. Next to the hostel you can rent a motorbike for just 150 bahts which is usually 200. The staff is also nice☺️I would definitely come back"

"If you don’t mind a basic hard Mattress in an air-conditioned 8 person bunk then this is a okay. Well kept and single handedly made up this quiet place comes outfitted with a cafe with the basic nutritional and beverage Options. Common area inside and outside and plenty of jungle sounds to close your eyes and let echo in your head. This isn’t the west side of the island so there isn’t a bar every few feet but there is plenty Of local convenience options as well as great food nearby. You go to this side of the island for the nature and their is plenty to explore. "
