"Linda was great, she let us check in early after a long flight from LA! However we did ask for our room to be cleaned one day after we left around 1pm and came back around 11pm and they must have forgotten. No worries tho, they did the next day. Overall pretty great stay."

"friendly staff and good breakfast. If possible it's better to avoid odd # rooms as that side of the building is facing the highway. It not extremely noicy but you can hear the traffic and speeding cars all night long if you are light sleeper. "

"This is the best place to stay in Durham! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very clean bathrooms with great showers. The staff members are very attentive and pay attention to details. "

"There is a $100 deposit they "hold" until room is inspected to their satisfaction. Asked first if we had any animals. We don't. Passed a piece of paper towards me and said "Read it carefully." I said, you charge a $100 deposit fee for what?" "Damage to room" was the answer. If we had an animal, I could see that occurring. but we didn't. We are senior citizens going to Duke University Oncology for a check-up. Because we didn't have a credit card, the extra $100 was charged back to my debit card. I wish we had known prior to showing up at this hotel because we surely wouldn't have stayed there. Seniors on a fixed income just can't have that kind of money tied up in the bank for another 15 days! Mattress needs to be replaced. Two adults deserve 2 of everything in room - including coffee condiments! No breakfast because of COVID. We could go on. Disappointed! Tell people FIRST about the $100 "damage" deposit even if you do not have an animal!"

"The best-looking thing in the hotel was the lobby and the area where they have the continental breakfast. There were roaches in the room refrigerator, roaches crawling everywhere, the carpet was nasty & filthy, the mattresses were filthy & I had 6 ypung children very disappointed that the pool was unavailable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy."

"It was all great except constant kids screaming out window cussin each other out and throwing ball angainst my window repetivly that really didn’t piss me off as much as the tv not working and they could do anything over weekend no manager or matinee person. Def prettiest one outside and inside lobby but tbh the dark brick one across st on Miami more spacious it seems like full kitchen, and this will be only below 3 star hotel I’ll stay at the other extended stay dark brick one ever again bc that one really is nice and clean rooms. This ones nicer then most just really bugged me having no tv at all and I get they can’t control peoples kids wish I could’ve moved rooms apparently not without manager. I’d stilll recommend over all bc these are in big picture minor things they offer everything they say they will except tv part"
