Excellent”

Friendly staff. Close to restaurants, pubs and shrines. A very short walk to the local subway station and you are connected to the greater Tokyo area. Stayed there twice and will again.

I had a relaxing time there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious with a washing machine and a little kitchen sink. Great for long stay. Definitely I want to stay when I come back toTokyo

My trip, the highlight was Fuji summit trail. So we could be dirty and dusty top-to-toe. Consequently, I was looking for an accommodation with decent washing machine. Tokyu stay hotel described they offer in-room washing machine and little pantry, thus I booked their room for 5 nights. We checked in at 5 pm, assigned to the ANNEX building. I went into the room 615 and found that there were neither washer nor pantry in the room. We got to the reception and asked. The staff told us they had no available room which washer until the afternoon of 29th July, the last night of our stay. If we move and do the laundry that day, we won't be able to dry our clothes as we checked out. We asked if there was any washer available before the 29th July, so we can manage dusty trail clothes. The staff insisted the same option and also told us to use coin laundromat elsewhere on our own expense! I was speechless for this hotel who put "washer and pantry" on advertisement. They fooled us!

Excellent Location”

The location is excellent as it is very close to numerous metro lines. There are also many small cozy restaurants and pubs within walking distance from the hotel

Conveniently located - only 2 stations from kyoto station, in a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Great value for money

The staff is very friendly and helpful. English was the only problem and they were finding it difficult to understand and communicate. I don't blame that, but foreigners may find it a little difficult.

Spacey room”

spacey room esp with your kids. There is a small kitchen area , my kids love the low mattress . Plenty of room for 3 big languages. Not a fancy hotel , but definitely a cozy one for family.

東西線の駅は近いけど、大江戸線は遠くて面倒でした。 ホテルは、快適でしたが長期滞在では、掃除がして貰えず、あれ？という感じ。 朝食は1020円ですが、毎日同じお料理で飽きてきます。 スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

下町に建つアットホームなホテル”

こちらの東急ステイ門前仲町の最寄駅は、東西線と都営大江戸線の門前仲町駅で、最寄りの１番出口からは徒歩１分というロケーションにあります。 また、成田山の深川不動尊や、富岡八幡宮などの有名神社仏閣もすぐで、仲見世通りには昔からの店が連なっていて下町情緒があります。 ホテルは、開業して四半世紀、つまり２５年になるのですが、２０１４年にリニューアルをしているので、そこまで古い感じはありません。 ただ、外観は茶系のマンションという感じで、ホテルとは思えない感じです。 フロントも狭めだったのですが、スタッフは４人もいました。 今回予約した時は喫煙室しか空いてなかったのですが、フロントで禁煙室が空いているということで禁煙室を用意してくれました。 こちらのホテルは本館と別館があり、今回は別館の部屋となりました。 部屋の方は、インテリアもホテルというより誰かの部屋に遊びにきたような感じでしたが、水回りが広めだったり、バルコニーがあったりと、ゆとりを持って滞在することができました。 バルコニーがあるからか、実際の面積より広く感じました。 特にバルコニーからの眺望はこんな感じで、門前仲町の街並みが降ろせる上に、夜は遠くのビル群の夜景が綺麗でした。 １階には、一般にも開放しているレストラン「」があるのですが、今はコロナで一般営業はしてないようで、ホテル宿泊客向けの朝食のみ提供しているようです。 こちらのホテルの動画での紹介を見たい方は、youtubeで「泊レポ」、もしくはホテル名で検索してみてください。
