“Comfortable Stay with Some Minor Issues”
The unit was generally clean, though the bed sheets appeared a little stained and worn despite having no bad odor. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and both the air conditioning and view were great. The kitchen was functional but lacked basic items like a knife, chopping board, rice cooker, and scissors. The biggest issue was poor communication—contact numbers provided were unreachable during check-in, and messages went unanswered. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, but improving communication would greatly enhance the guest experience.
