“Not recommended for a long stay”
*If u plan to stay for only 1 night or 2, then this place can still be tolerated for the price is cheap, the location is good, aircon works well, provided toiletries, 24 hour security and there is no water interruption and there is waterheater for shower. However, if u plan to stay longer, I do not recommend this place for many reasons: 1. Bad attitude of the staff especially the young security guard and the house keeper (mame). The worst I have ever experienced. 2. The room is clean but the outside is not well maintained. You will find the hallway and stairs very dirty and muddy. You will not believe that this is a hotel. It is more like a dormitory. 3. Wifi is not working inside the room. You have to go out of your room, stay in the hallway to keep your wifi signal. 4. The pictures in the website or Agoda is not updated. The staff is aware of it when I asked them but they still do not do anything about it. So expect to be disappointed. For instance, the pictures show a kettle in every room, the sites says daily house keeping and there is TV etc. It is not true at all. You have to borrow the kettle from the security guard and return it immediately after use. Cleaning of room is only done before check-in and after check-out. If you want to have your towels changed, you need to tell the house keeper and get the new towels yourself with her from the storage. Do not expect her to bring it to your room. I was told by the head of the house keeping (not mame) and that I just need to bring out the towels outside of my room and wait. But after about 30 minutes, still no towels brought to my room. So I went to the house keeper (mame) to ask for the towels again and then she handed me the towels and she laughed as I left. Mame was informed with my presence that I needed the towels but she still ignored it and just waited for me to come back and get the towels myself. TV does not work because it needs to be connected to a wifi and since wifi signal does not work inside the room, TV becomes useless. 5. Room is not inspected prior to arrival. On my first day, I already noticed that the toilet light in my room (room 306) is not working. I reported it immediately to the staff. They said, they would wait for the "head office" to deliver the light bulb and they said that I should not expect it to be immediately delivered since it is just a bulb and they "do not want to spend money for the trasportation fare just to deliver one bulb". So to make the story short, the light was not repaired and they decided to let me move to a different room after 2 days of waiting, however I was only able to move to another room after the 3rd day for they said that there was no vacant room. After I moved out, they made another couple move my room (to the same room) despite knowing that the toilet light was not working. FYI, they offered a different room (room 101 if I am not mistaken) on the 3rd day (in the morning when I followed up my request) but they offered a room with a toilet that does not have a water source for water basin (room 101 was prepared for a new guest even though there is an existing issue with the toilet of room 101 too! How can they let people use this room without resolving first the existing problem with it?!!). The young security guard told me that if I really want this room, I could just use the "bidet" as water source to wash my face etc. Outrageous!!! and of course I did not accept the offer and said that I will just wait for another room to be vacant. This young security guard told me that there was no vacant room yet and that he would knock on my door once there is a vacant room for me to move in. I waited for his knock on our door until 2:30pm and then I saw a new guest entering a vacant room on the second floor. I asked the guard why did they gave the room to the new guest even though they knew that I have been waiting for his update. This young guard told me that I should have followed up again so that he would not give the r
