"I stayed here because I had work in Bulacan, just overnight. Funny thing happened because I booked my room through Agoda, but apparently the hotel's management was not able to process my reservation. Since I checked in late past 9pm, I was shocked when I found out that all the rooms were booked! (They had walk-in guests) But here come's the best part about this hotel - they offered me a nice room that just had some ongoing tile replacement work. I felt that they went out of their way in terms of customer service, knowing that I was already in an awful situation and found a way to turn the situation around. The owner even offered to refund half of what I paid for. I felt at ease as a first time customer, knowing I had room to spend the night. But more importantly, they knew how to handle what was truly a stressful situation. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel with amenities-to-die-for, this is not your hotel. This is a good hotel for business travelers, or travelers on a budget. The room is clean, establishments like restaurants are close by. There's even a nearby gym. Good value for money. Lesson learned: confirm your booking. Call the hotel just to make sure you have room."

"There is not a lot of hotels in the region, so it's a good option because it's one of the only options. The water in the room did not work at times. Nice AC in the room though. It's not a great place to stay, but if you need to stay in the area it gets the job done. Very close (walking distance) to the nearby mall SM Marilao. "
