The location is strategic because it is close to Dusun Bambu and Lembang, the rooms are comfortable, but for those who like privacy, it might be less suitable because the concept is open space from the family room to the third floor with no partitions, so sounds from the first floor can be heard on the third floor, but overall it wasn't an issue for me, the staff were very helpful, the facilities were sufficient, only cups were provided without a kettle, but there is a restaurant available if you want to order food, so I think the facilities offered are satisfactory, not to forget there is also a refrigerator, but maybe in the bathroom on the first floor, the flush water is a bit weak, but the shower on the second and third floors is good, hopefully this can be feedback for the future, thank you!
