I booked a hotel here for 5 days, a strategic hotel along Cihampelas which has many competing hotels. The price does correspond to the quality, but it's enough for me. The towels are never really new, somewhat faded, maybe they haven't procured new ones. Hopefully, they can rejuvenate them. The toilet facilities aren't very complete. The receptionist is a plus, very friendly and helpful. There is only one hotel technician for about 5 Vio hotel branches around Bandung, hopefully, they can add more staff, it’s poor for them to go around to those 5 hotels. The mattress is clean, but the floor has stains at the edges so it needs detailed cleaning. The hot water in room 301 is just fine.
